Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Piga21 app ("Piga21", "we", "us") collects when you use it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Piga21 is an online blackjack game where players challenge each other for points.
1. Information we collect
Your account
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. We sign you in only with an ID token checked with Google; we never see your Google password.
- Nickname: if you choose one, it is shown to other players instead of your name.
Games and points
- Your points balance and a record of every change to it (stakes, winnings and welcome points).
- Games you play: opponent, stake, result and when it was played; your wins, losses and draws; and your weekly ranking.
- The stake you choose to play for.
Your device and connection
- Push notification token: an identifier from Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can tell your app about challenges and game results.
- Connection details: your IP address and the times you connect, used for security, preventing abuse and limiting repeated requests.
- Online status: whether the app is open or running in the background, so other players can see you are online and challenge you.
No ads or advertising tracking
Piga21 shows no ads and contains no advertising or analytics tools. We do not use your advertising ID and do not track you across other apps or websites.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account, sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To run games: match challenges, settle stakes, and keep the weekly leaderboard.
- To keep accurate records of your points.
- To send notifications: challenges from other players, and game results.
- To protect players: preventing fraud and abuse, and investigating problems.
- To improve and fix the app.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

4. Staying online in the background
While Piga21 is open or running in the background, it stays connected so you appear online and can receive challenges. Android shows a notification ("You're online on Piga21") while this is happening. Closing the app (backing out of it or swiping it away from recent apps) disconnects you and you go offline.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and game information: for as long as your account exists.
- Points records: for as long as needed to keep accurate game records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements, which can continue after an account is closed.
- Server logs: for a limited time, for security and fixing problems.
6. How we protect it
The app talks to our servers over encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSocket) connections. Access to your account requires signing in with Google. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
- See and update: your profile in the app shows your details; you can change your nickname there.
- Notifications: you can turn Piga21's notifications off in your phone's settings.
- Access or correction: you can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it by emailing us.
- Deletion: see below.
8. Deleting your account
To delete your Piga21 account, use the account deletion page and enter the email address you sign in with. Deletion is immediate.
- We delete your profile, nickname, push token and online presence.
- We keep game records that we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, and nothing more.
- Points left in a deleted account cannot be recovered.
9. Children
Piga21 is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child is using Piga21, contact us and we will close the account.
10. Where your information is processed
Our servers and our service providers, including Google, may process your information in countries other than your own. We only use providers that protect it in line with this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app.
